This is the final turn on the descent of Cypress Bowl Rd. I contemplated painting this spot for the Paint on the Mountain competition in August. I had parked just around the bend on the second day and I thought I’d walk up the road a little to see what was up there. I decided against painting it on location so I took a photo to use as reference for this studio painting.
